Medicortex has today signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with a Swedish public company Nosium AB (publ) regarding a reverse acquisition. The LoI commences a mutual due diligence process targeting to listing of Medicortex on a public marketplace. Please see here the release in Swedish by Nosium.
